All payments are processed through GoCardless and the contract lasts for a minimum of 12-months.

We will take the first payment before the website goes live.

Our goal is to resolve urgent issues within 48-hours, such as a website down.

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to work after office hours.

All support and tasks must be requested through our portal.

Unused hours cannot be rolled over each month.

Upon receipt of a support or task request, a member of the team will review it and estimate the time and date required for its completion.
